What Is B2Trust?
B2Trust is a free company verification tool that aggregates data from 15 official government registry adapters spanning 10 countries — plus EU-wide VAT validation through the VIES system, which extends coverage to 35+ countries in total.
Enter a company name or tax identifier, and B2Trust queries the relevant registries in real time. Within seconds, you receive verified data pulled directly from sources like Poland's KRS and CEIDG, the UK Companies House, France's SIRENE (INSEE), Norway's Brønnøysund Register Centre, the Czech ARES database, Australia's ABN Lookup, the US SEC EDGAR, and New Zealand's NZBN — among others.
The result is a comprehensive company profile: legal name, registration status, legal form, registered address, tax identification numbers, and — where available — directors, beneficial owners, activity codes, and financial indicators. All sourced from the same databases that governments themselves rely on.

Full registry access is live for Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Czech Republic, Norway, Australia, Brazil, the United States, and New Zealand. Each country is served by dedicated adapters built to handle the nuances of that country's data format and API protocol — from Poland's KRS court registry to Australia's SOAP-based ABN Lookup.
EU-wide VAT number verification extends coverage to every EU member state through the VIES system. For countries like Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and 20+ others, B2Trust confirms whether a VAT number is active and — in most countries — returns the registered company name and address.
Additional Polish registries provide deeper company data enrichment: GUS (REGON) for industry classification codes and employee data, Biała Lista for VAT status and registered bank accounts, and CRBR for beneficial ownership records.

B2Trust uses two search modes, selected automatically based on your query.
Search by tax ID or registration number — enter a NIP, KRS number, VAT number, ABN, Company Number, CNPJ, or any national business identifier, and B2Trust recognises the format, routes the query to the correct registry, and returns results in seconds.
Search by company name — enter a business name, and B2Trust runs a progressive search across all supported countries simultaneously. Cached results appear instantly. Then, live queries fan out to every relevant registry in parallel, with results streaming in country by country. Loading indicators show you exactly where data is arriving from and where it is still pending.
